I did not matter that I had reservations from an online booking. Check-in took over an hour even though there were 5 people working the desk. The front desk staff were overwhelmed by about 6 families trying to check in at the same time. Your website directed us to the Grand Resort which was absolutely terrible, the worst that I have ever stayed with. We had reservations at a very nice hotel which got mixed up and they gave our room away during a very busy Fall weekend.
